Cancellation/Rescheduling/ No-Shows

We appreciate your cooperation with this matter and your understanding of how last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ restrict us from providing other clients with appointments. Keep in mind when you schedule your appointment with us, we are securing that time slot for you. Get Refreshed reserves the right to collect credit card information upon the time of scheduling. As per our cancellation policy, we require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the deposit. 'No shows' may lose their deposit as well. We understand that things may arise, if this is the case please make sure to submit your cancellations by messaging or calling us at (305)988-9504.

Young Adults/Pets Policy

Teenagers between the ages of 13 – 17 years old must have a signed consent from an adult above the age of 18 years to
receive any treatment.
We love animals. Unfortunately, our pets’ policy does not allow you to bring your pets inside the building for you and your pets' safety, with the exception of service pets.
